During my application, I was required to fill up tedious forms online, then I was asked “if I were like to be given fish or to be coached on how to fish patiently?”

I couldn’t understand well that time; but now, I understand the meaning behind it clearly!!

From 4 months internship student program with MQ to being an insurance planner and appointed as corporate agent for MQ corporate clients.

I am proudly to share I have a fruitful experience gained even though I was just an intern student; I was trusted and empowered in the role and responsibilities given.

The process of coaching in MQ enable me to see how the professionals practice in the actual engagement. That was a memorable opportunity together with MQians teamwork in the energetic work environment. I am so grateful to all MQians especially Jason Koeh and Phey Ying who has given a lot of professional guidance along my internship journey.

After the first month of internship, the career plan I developed with MQ made me have a clear vision to pursue my career in MQ. I am now playing the role as insurance planner and also appointed as corporate agent for many MQ corporate clients. I believe I will shine and fly high with MQ like other MQians. Cheers
